FW Artists Ink is an acrylic-based, pigmented, water-resistant ink in a range of 38 colours, all of which have either a three-star or four-start rating performance.
Such a high degree of lightfastness over such a range of fully intermixable colors makes them ideal for use by artists in the production of pictures for permanent display.
(Note – Fluorescent colors are not lightfast.)
Colors can be substantially diluted to achieve the most subtle of tones, very similar in character to watercolor. Such washes will dry to a water-resistant film and successive layers of color can be laid over them in a highly predicable manner.
FW Artists Inks work well with airbrushes, dip pens, technical pens, and brushes. Select colors are available in both 1 oz and 6 oz sizes. The dropper from the 1 oz size also fits the tops of the 6 oz bottles.
Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.
